What is the check-in time?
Check-in starts at 2 pm. At this time your personal information will be confirmed, you will need to fill out and sign the guest registration form to receive access to the apartment or villa corresponding to your reservation.

Check-out must be done until 11 am, with a one hour tolerance.

Can I chec-in early?
Early check-in can be requested in advance and must be confirmed by the reservation sector upon availability and payment of the corresponding fee.
Is it necessary to present a document when checking in?
It is mandatory to present a document with photo upon check-in.

How can I make a booking?
To make a reservation on line, you must click on the RESERVE sector and fill in the requested information such as dates, number of people, etc. Soon you will be shown the options and to make the reservation through online payment with your credit card. You will also have the option to make the reservation through the option of advance payment. In this case you will have 72 hours to send proof of payment with 30% of the total amount to the reservations department, which will confirm your reservation.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept payment via bank transfer, PIX, debit card, and credit card, and we split it in up to three parts.
Are pets accepted?
We accept one small pet (up to 12 kg) per apartment.
Can I cancel my reservation?
The reservation can be cancelled within seven days after purchase, according to the Consumer Defense Law. After this period, the amount paid as an advance will not be refunded. It will remain as a credit for future reservations and will be valid for one year. Once the check-in is done, there will be no refund.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
The buffet breakfast is included in the daily rate and is served from 7:30am to 10am at the kiosks in front of the pool.
Is there room service available?
Yes, with an extra fee and a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, each apartment has a free parking space in the condominium.
Are pool and beach towels provided?
Yes, we provide extra towels for the beach or pool for a fee. Check the price with the reception.
Is there a bar and/or restaurant in the condominium?
No, we don't have a food area.
Is it possible to change the dates of a booking?
Changes of reservation dates are allowed, respecting the availability and the rate plan of the different periods. If the new dates correspond to a period with other rate values, the corresponding difference must be paid.
Why do the daily rates vary in price?
Our rates fluctuate and change due to the supply/demand flow and seasonality (high and low season). In this way, a rate researched the day before may have changed by the current date. Generally, rates tend to increase the longer you wait to make your reservation, especially during high season and extended holidays.
Are the rates charged per apartment or per person?
Rates are charged per apartment based on the number of guests.
What is the voltage?

What fees must be paid?
Electricity is charged according to the unit's consumption. A photo of the clock corresponding to the apartment will be taken at check-in and check-out to identify the KW consumed and make the appropriate charge.
