- Water for the apartments is provided by an artesian well, treated with sedimentation and filtration processes. The system is calculated to provide treated water at reduced costs.

- Centralized antenna system that optimizes the cost of individual antennas for each house or block. In this way, the cost is split among all, and the signal received by the decoder is transmitted without coding from the country's broadcasting networks.

- Automatic irrigation system with 25 independent sectors to be used as needed and reduce energy and water consumption.
